What is ENFORCE

 

ENFORCE is a state of the art, comprehensive supporting service to achieve the highest possible energy efficiency performance levels in road transport and logistics operations.   

ENFORCE combines a strong knowledge about existing technologies, supply chain, logistics and transport best practices and behavioural change into a 360° evaluation and management process and has been designed for shippers, own-account fleet operators, road carriers and logistics service providers as a cost effective way to maximize the energy efficiency of their own or outsourced road transport operations.

We cover all aspects with an impact on energy efficiency in road freight transport and logistics.

With more than 100 checkpoints in 13 categories, quick scans, audits and information we support our clients in their efforts to achieve and maintain the highest transport energy savings.

ENFORCE can be integrated in the procurement cycle for road transportation and logistics services, aligned with other management systems and international standards such as the EN 16001 and ISO 50001 standards.

ENFORCE has been designed as a stand-alone or complementary service to sustainable transport programmes such as the US EPA SmartWayTM partnership, Objective CO2 in France or similar programmes in other parts of the world.

ENFORCE provides training, supporting tools, a monitoring and reporting platform and a framework for closer collaboration between shippers and carriers.

In collaboration with the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering of Delft University of Technology, dedicated numerical and wind tunnel analysis together with fuel efficiency track-tests can be performed.
